I was my heaviest at 280+ LBS. Meeting Coach Red changed my life and the way i live my life now. I will no longer neglect my body like i did before. 6 Months of hard work got me back to 215 LBS.

While visiting the States; Covid hit and lockdowns set in. I was doing my best to workout and stay active, but then I meet Coach RED!
